Through this partnership, SMIS and EduHaus will bring meaningful innovations and expanded support to families choosing distance learning, homeschooling, or blended modalities.
EduHaus International will actively promote and support SMIS’s DepEd-recognized K to 10 programs, reaching both Philippine-based and overseas Filipino families. Its academic planning services, homeschool accreditation facilitation, and enrollment coordination are designed to help more learners benefit from SMIS’ flexible educational programs—including modular, online, and face-to-face options.

- All Grade 10 completers from public Junior High Schools (“Category A”)
- All Grade 10 completers from private Junior High Schools who are ESC grantees (“Category B”)

- Grade 10 completers from private schools who are NOT ESC grantees (Category C)
- Grade 10 completers who finished before SY 2024–2025 (but not earlier than 2016) and didn’t enroll in Grade 11 (Category D)
- ALS A&E passers for Grade 10 from 2018 onward or those with presentation portfolio (Category E)

📝 Application Requirements via OVAPA pplicants must scan and upload these documents through the OVAP portal:
- Recent 2×2 colored ID photo
- Notarized Affidavit of Family’s Financial Income – signed by parent/guardian, notarized with dry seal
- Signed Parent Consent Form (for applicants under 18)
- Certificate of Financial Assistance (if the student received financial support from JHS)
- Certificate of Rating or Completion – for ALS (Category E) or PEPT (Category F) passers
