🚗 Can we bring our own car?

🚫 No. For safety and uniformity, all participants must use the school-arranged bus. Private vehicles, convoys, or other transport arrangements are strictly not allowed.
❌ Any participant violating this rule will incur a penalty, which will be reflected in the SMIS Campuslink account of the student.
📌 Why is this rule strictly enforced?
✔ Safety & Accountability: The school must ensure that all participants are accounted for at all times. Unauthorized vehicles increase the risk of delays, miscommunication, and security issues.
✔ Fairness to the Tour Provider: The school has coordinated transportation with an official tour provider. Using personal vehicles disrespects the agreed-upon terms and arrangements.
✔ Preventing Disruptions: Convoys and separate transport modes cause schedule delays and affect the overall experience of all participants.
✔ Courtesy to the School and Tour Provider: The school and tour provider have worked to ensure a well-organized, safe, and smooth experience for everyone. All participants must respect these efforts by following the transportation rules.
🚨 Strict Compliance Required: Any participant attempting to use an unauthorized vehicle will be subject to disciplinary action, including additional penalties and restrictions from future school activities.

✔ Yes, but additional entrance fees may apply.

🍽 Can we bring our own food?
